Up for a new challenge? The number of our customers and partners is constantly growing and we’re looking for an IT Support to join our amazing team in our Geneva office!

What you will be doing as an IT Support:

  • Provide technical support to our customers in the French, German and Italian speaking part of Switzerland in relation to Customer Service
  • Provide support to the development team
  • Debug, find and help fix issues
  • Run various provisioning or configuration scripts
  • Provide functional expertise and ensure a flawless user experience
  • Track work in progress and record issues and solutions
  • Work remotely with the team in Zurich

Here is what you bring to the table:

  • You are service-minded with strong customer service skills and you know how to meet the different needs of our customers
  • You are a true solution maker and you have analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with computer operating systems, hardware and software
  • You know how to read and interpret system or application logs
  • Experience working with databases
  • Knowledge of a dynamic web environment (Scala/Java, Node, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.) and a good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Stylus/SASS
  • Excellent communication skills in English. French and German are a big plus since you will be working with the customers from all over Switzerland.
  • You are flexible and open to change

  • Big picture thinking: you understand how individual parts fit into the whole of a website, and problem-solve for scale and efficiency
  • Previous working experience in the healthcare sector and a rapidly scaling company
